How do I get started?

Getting started is easy:

  2. request a free estimate appointment

  3. bring your vehicle in for evaluation or request a tow accommodation (additional pricing)

do i need an appointment for an estimate?

appointments are recommended, but not always required. calling ahead helps us give you the best possible service. customers with an appointment have priority but rest assured we have a welcoming waiting area for you at our shop.

do you work with insurance companies?

yes. we work with insurance companies regularly and help guide you through the claims process, including documentation, repair approvals, and supplementation.

what if additional damage is found after repairs begin?

that is called a supplement. if hidden damage is discovered during repairs, we document it and submit to the insurance company for review and approval before proceeding.

my insurance is referring a shop but i want to use yours?

In all cases, you have the right to choose your repair facility. you are not required to use the insurance company’s referral. all you have to do is give your insurance our name and number and we can handle all questions for transfer.

what should i bring when dropping off my vehicle?

please bring:

-Insurance claim information (if applicable)

-vehicle keys

-contact information with valid drivers license

we’ll review next steps with you at drop-off.

how long will my repairs take?
